From 2004 to 2006, Ms. Rosenfeld served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Frito-Lay, a division of PepsiCo, where she led her organization to accelerated growth in better-for-you products and developed a pipeline of health and wellness offerings. Ms. Rosenfeld is active in a number of industry and community organizations, including The Economic Club of Chicago. She has been Director of Mondelez International, Inc. since June 2006. She served as Director of Kraft Foods Group, Inc. until September 30, 2012. She served as Director of AutoNation Inc. since March 1999. Ms. Rosenfeld holds a Ph.D. in Marketing and Statistics, a Master of Science in Business Administration, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Cornell University.
