He led the global storage sales, marketing and customer support team worldwide in delivering the full spectrum of LSI storage building block solutions, including custom and standard silicon components, host bus and RAID storage adapters, modular storage systems and storage-related software products. He directed the management of sales, marketing, distribution and customer support for products developed by LSI Logic's storage systems subsidiary, Engenio Information Technologies, Inc. Mr. Santoni served as Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales of LSI Corporation since August 2005. He served as Senior Vice President of Customer Support and Storage Solutions of LSI Corp. From February 2001 to March 2003, he served as Vice President of Worldwide Sales, Marketing and Support, as Vice President of Worldwide Sales and Marketing and as Vice President of Worldwide Marketing of LSI Logic Storage Systems, Inc. Mr. Santoni joined LSI in February 2001 as Vice President of worldwide marketing for its Engenio storage systems subsidiary (formerly LSI Logic Storage Systems, Inc.), becoming additionally responsible for its worldwide sales and customer support operations in October 2001. Mr. Santoni served as Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing and Chief Operating Officer of Sutmyn Storage Corporation from July 1997 to January 2001. He focused on the global storage systems business, driving sales, marketing and customer support functions. From 1979 to 1994, he served senior management positions in the United States, United Kingdom and Italy at Memorex Telex. Mr. Santoni serves as a Director of Syncsort Incorporated. Mr. Santoni completed the AEA/ Stanford Executive Institute program for the management of high technology companies at Stanford University. Mr. Santoni received Electronics Degree from IX Instituto Tecnico.
