He served as the President and Chief Executive Officer at BMG’s North American business unit from 1994 to 1998. Prior to that, he served as the President and Chief Executive Officer at Crystal Dynamics, Inc. Previously, Mr. Zelnick spent three years at Vestron Inc. as a Senior Executive and rose to become the President and Chief Operating Officer. He began his career in the entertainment industry as a Vice President in the International Television Division at Warner Brothers Publications (formerly Columbia Pictures). Mr. Zelnick serves as the Chairman of Board of Directors of Columbia Music Entertainment, ITN Networks, LLC, and OTX, Inc. He serves on the Board of Financial Group, Inc., Twentieth Century Fox Film Corporation, On2.com, UGO Entertainment, Inc., and Naylor Publications. Mr. Zelnick is a Member of Advisory Board of Second City Capital Partners. Mr. Zelnick also serves as an Independent Director on the Board of Blockbuster Inc.
