He serves as a Director of Janssen Pers, Manaus , SLP S.A.S., PPU Maconomy, Seagull Software and SLP Infoware. He served as a Director of Seagull Holding NV, Deltek Danmark A/S and Carmen Systems, AB and of Gilde Investment Management. He actively served on the board of the Dutch Association of Venture Capital (NVP) and the European Venture Capital Association. He is an alumnus of the PMD program at Harvard Business School. Mr. Heyning obtained his Baccalaureat in Mathematics in Paris, France and then completed his law studies at the University of Leiden in the Netherlands.
