Long recognized as one of the industry's most respected leaders, Mr. Bayless has received multiple business leadership awards and in 1996 was voted by his peers in the power industry as “CEO of the Year” in Financial World magazine. He received an M.B.A. from the University of Michigan, a Law Degree as well as a Masters in Electrical Engineering from West Virginia University, and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from West Virginia Institute of Technology.
