Mr. Terry S. Semel served as Senior Advisor of RRE Ventures LLC. Mr. Semel served as an Executive Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Yahoo! Inc. from May 1, 2001 to June 18, 2007 and was responsible for increasing its revenue nearly nine-fold as well as creating $30 billion in shareholder value during his tenure. Inc. from June 18, 2007 to January 31, 2008 and served as its Director. Mr. Semel serves as a Director of the Guggenheim Museum, the Paley Center for Media, Emerson College, and the Los Angeles County Museum of Art. He has been a Member of Advisory Board of Tout Industries, Inc. since April 2013. He serves as a Director of SnagFilms Inc. He served on the Board of Directors of Ralph Lauren Corporation (Polo Ralph Lauren Corporation) since September 1997. He served as a Director of Revlon, Inc. since June 1996. In 2005, he was granted the UCLA Medal, which is the highest honor bestowed by the university, and the Yale Legends in Leadership Award. Mr. Semel holds a B.Sc. in Accounting from Long Island University and an honorary Doctor of Humane Letters degree from Emerson.
