He was awarded the President’s Citizens Medal by President Reagan in January 1989. Mr. Duberstein received an Honorary Doctor of Laws degree from Franklin and Marshall in 1989. He holds an AB degree from Franklin and Marshall College in 1965 and an MA degree from American University in 1966.
