Since 1994, Mr. Saxton served as President of Loki Gold Corporation and Baja Gold Inc. where he was responsible for arranging mine financing and updated the Brewery Creek Gold mine into production. Following his departure from Viceroy in 1998, he served as the President of Standard Mining Corp. from June 1997 to July 2005 and its Chief Executive Officer, organizing and supervising its exploration activities until 2001. Mr. Saxton served as an Interim Chief Executive Officer and Interim President of Nayarit Gold Inc. from April 23, 2007 to June 7, 2007. He served as the Chief Executive Officer of Jayden Resources Inc. until July 15, 2009 and as its President from April 1995 to July 15, 2009 and Chief Operating Officer from October 29, 2003 to April 2007.
