Mr. Larry W. Keele is a Principal and Portfolio Manager at Oaktree Capital Management, L.P. He co-founded Oaktree Capital Management, L.P. in 1995. Mr. Keele co-founded Oaktree Capital Group, LLC and has been its Principal since May 2007. Mr. Keele is the Head of Convertible Securities division and is also a member of U.S. Convertibles team. Previously, he managed Trust Company of the West’s Convertible Value portfolios from 1986 to 1995. Prior to that, Mr. Keele organized and managed the NationsBank Equity Income Fund. He has also served as a security analyst and institutional portfolio manager. Mr. Keele is a qualified C.F.A., and holds an M.B.A. in Finance from the University of South Carolina, and a B.B.A. in Finance from Tennessee Technological University.
