(SCO), a provider of network computing solutions, where he helped pioneer open software standards. He has been a Director at Ingram Micro Inc., since June 25, 2010. Mr. McGregor has been a Director at Broadcom Corp. since January 3, 2005. Mr. McGregor served as Director of Progress Software Corp. from March 1998 to April 24, 2008. He served as a Director (Representative of Philips) at Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Co. Ltd. since September 1, 2003. Mr. McGregor served as a Member of the Group Management Committee at Koninklijke Philips Electronics N.V. since January 2002.
