Mr. David B. Henry is the President, Chief Executive Officer, Chief Investment Officer, Director, and Vice Chairman of Kimco Realty Corporation. He has been a Director of Fairfield County Bank Corp. since January 2010. Mr. Henry has been a Director of HCP, Inc. (also known as Health Care Property Investors Inc.) since January 22, 2004 and Fairfield County Bank since 2010. He serves as a Director of The Retail Initiative (TRI, Inc.). Mr. Henry served as the Chairman of the Board of GE Capital Investment Advisors. His background provides the board of directors with critical experience in real estate matters, which are essential to the business of Fairfield County Bank. Mr. Henry has been the Chairman of the Board since May 23, 2011 and Trustee of at International Council Of Shopping Centers Inc. He serves on “Our Lady of Fatima/St. Marys Region V School Board“. Mr. Henry received his M.B.A. from the University of Miami and graduated from Bucknell University with a B.S. in Business Administration.
