He served as Executive Vice President of Sithe Energies, Inc. from 1986 to 1999. He has been a Director of Global Alumina Corporation since May 2004. Mr. Wrobel maintained responsibility for worldwide business development and project finance activities of one of the largest IPP's in the world. Mr. Wrobel began his career in 1981 by co-founding Mitex, inc. Mr. Wrobel has been responsible for the development or acquisitions of more than 50 power plants around the world. He serves on the board of Guinea Alumina Corporation, Seacom Ltd., and All for Africa. He was a Member of Strategic Advisory Board at Braemar Energy Ventures.
