Which followed several years in consulting with The LEK Partnership since 1991 until 1992 and The PA Consulting Group since 1986 until 1991 where he served as a senior consultant and business development manager. He serves as a Director of the Advertising Council, Inc. He has been a Director of Hershey Co. since April 28, 2011. He received an MBA from the International Management Institute in Switzerland, in 1989 and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Marketing from the Monash University, Melbourne, Australia, in 1986 and a master of business administration degree from the International Management Institute in Geneva, Switzerland, in 1989.
