Prior to this, Mr. Kibsgaard worked for ExxonMobil, with postings in Norway and Australia. He has been a Director of Schlumberger Ltd. since April 6, 2011. He holds a Master's degree in Petroleum Engineering from the Norwegian Institute of Technology, Trondheim.
