June 2005 and of Mellanox Technologies, Ltd. since June 1999. He serves as a Director of Bevocal, Inc. He serves as a Director of AltoBeam (BJ) Technology Co., Ltd., Neoconix, Inc., Determina Inc., Minerva Networks, Inc., SupplyFrame Inc. and Teranetics, Inc. Dr. Federman has been a Director of Check Point Software Technologies Ltd., since November 1995. He was the Chairman Emeritus at QuickLogic Corporation. He served as a Director of Akros Silicon Inc. He served as a Director of MMC Networks Inc. since July 1994 and Netro Corporation since June 1995. He served as a Director at Minerva Networks. He was also the two-term Chairman of the Semiconductor Industry Association and a Member of the Board of Directors of the National Venture Capital Association. He served two terms on the Dean's Advisory Board of Santa Clara University. Dr. Federman serves as a Trustee of the San Francisco Ballet , Museum of Modern Art (SF MOMA) and of his alma mater, Brooklyn College. He was the recipient of the Anti-Defamation League's Torch of Liberty Award, the Exemplary Community Leadership Award from the Silicon Valley Conference for Community and Justice, and was installed in Junior Achievement’s Silicon Valley Hall of Fame. He is involved with a number of community organizations in San Francisco and on the Peninsula and supports the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art. He has received Lifetime Achievement Awards from The International Business Forum and Silicon Valley Fast 500. Dr. Federman received an Honorary Doctorate of Engineering Science from Santa Clara University and a B.S. in Economics from Brooklyn College.
