Mr. Peng Huah Ng served as Finance Director and Company Secretary for both companies of Franklin Group of Companies. Mr. Ng has been Dealers' Representative of A. A. Anthony Securities Sdn Bhd, (Formerly known as A. A. Anthony & Co. Sdn Bhd) since 1995. He served as Finance Director and Company Secretary of Harris semiconductor (M) Sdn Bhd, Harris Advanced Technology (M) Sdn Bhd and RCA Sdn Bhd from 1978 to 1989. All the above three companies are wholly owned subsidiaries ... of Harris Corporation, Florida, USA. Prior to Harris Group Mr. Ng joined the Staedtler Group of Companies as Finance Director and Company Secretary of Staedtler (M) Berhad and Company Secretary for Staedtler Marketing Sdn Bhd and Staedtler Marketing (Singapore) Pte Ltd. from 1969 to 1978. After his graduation in 1966 he worked for the Public Works Department of Perth, Western Australia as an accountant for a year. He has been Independent Non-Executive Director of Ums Holdings Bhd. since December 14, 1995. Mr. Ng is a Graduate of the Western Australian Institute of Technology (Curtin University of Technology), Perth, Australia where he majored in Cost and Management Accounting, and is an Associate member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators.
