Prof. Chi Ying Tsui co-founded and has been a Non-executive Director of Perception Digital Holdings Limited since March 10, 2010 and also served as its Executive Director since September 18, 2009. Prof. Tsui joined the Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, HKUST in 1994 and is an Associate Professor in the department. Prof. Tsui has received various awards including Best Paper awards from IEEE Transactions on VLSI Systems, IEEE International Symposium ... on Circuits and Systems and IEEE International Symposium on Low Power Electronics and Design. He has served on the editor board of Integration, the International VLSI Journal.
