Mr. Yu Guanghui serves as the Chief Operating Officer of TCL Multimedia Technology Holdings Ltd. and serves as General Manager of Home Network Business Unit. Mr. Yu served as the Chief Executive Officer of TCL Multimedia Technology Holdings Ltd. from October 1, 2009 to September 10, 2010 and also served as its President. He served as Vice President of Overseas Strategic OEM Business at TCL Multimedia Technology Holdings Ltd. (formerly known as TCL International Holdings ... Ltd.). Mr. Yu serves as Deputy Chief Operating Officer of TTE and President of Global Operation Center and Flat Panel TV Business Division of Tcl Multimedia Technology Holdings Ltd. Mr. Yu was responsible for the overseas sales of the Group’s multimedia products business. In 1993, when he joined TCL Corporation ("TCL Corporation") as ultimate controlling shareholder. He worked in the joint venture company between TCL Corporation and LG Electronics. He was one of the leaders who were in charge of early construction and management of the TV production base of TCL King Electrical Appliances (Huizhou) Company Limited. Mr. Yu has over ten years of experience in material procurement, production planning and product manufacturing. He has been an Executive Director of TCL Multimedia Technology Holdings Ltd. since February 17, 2009. Mr. Yu graduated from the Shanxi Normal University with a Master’s degree in Physics, and holds an MBA degree from Peking University and an EMBA degree from Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business.
