Mr. James A. Rasulo, Jay has been the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Executive Vice President of Walt Disney Co. since January 01, 2010 and serves as its Principal Accounting Officer. He was named Chairman of the United States Travel and Tourism Promotion Advisory Board in 2003, where he leads a group of 15 senior U.S. travel and tourism industry executives in developing advice and strategy on how to promote the United States as a destination for international tourism for the U.S. Department of Commerce. He first joined The Walt Disney Company in 1986 as Director and later rose to Senior Vice President of Corporate Strategic Planning. In this role, he led strategic development for all real estate-based businesses in The Walt Disney Company portfolio. After two years as Senior Vice President, Corporate Alliances and three years with Disney Regional Entertainment, he moved to Paris as Executive Vice President, Euro Disney, S.C.A. He served as President and Chief Operating Officer until 2000. He has been Chairman of Parks & Resorts Division at Walt Disney Co. since 2005. He served as the Chairman of Walt Disney Parks & Resorts of Walt Disney Co. until December 31, 2009. He served as Chairman of Disney Destinations LLC. Mr. Rasulo has been a Member of the Supervisory Board of Euro Disney SCA since May 2003. He has been Member of Board of Governors at Boys & Girls Clubs of America, Inc. since April 25, 2013. He serves as Director at Disney Destinations LLC. He served as Member of the Board of Directors at Euro Disney SCA. He also serves on the Board of Directors for the French American Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Rasulo has a Degree in Economics from Columbia and both an MA in Economics and an MBA from the University of Chicago.
