Mr. James C. Borel has been an Executive Vice President of EI DuPont de Nemours & Co. since October 2009. Mr. Borel served as Senior Vice President of DuPont Human Resources of DuPont Automotive Co since January 7, 2004. He served as Senior Vice President, DuPont Global Human Resources of E. I. du Pont de Nemours & Co. since January 7, 2004 and served as Member of Office of the Chief Executive. Mr. Borel joined DuPont in 1978. From 1981 to 1987, he held a variety of product and sales management positions in Agricultural Products in Wilmington, Del., and the United Kingdom. In 1987, he was appointed manager, Agricultural Products Canada in Toronto, Ontario. In 1989, he became general superintendent, responsible for agricultural products operations at the Belle, W. Va., site. Two years later, he became manager, Human Resources for Agricultural Products. Mr. Borel serves on the Board of Advisors for the Center for Human Resource Strategy, Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey; the Board of the Delaware Community Foundation; and Board of Trustees, National 4-H Council. He served as Director of Rooster.com. He graduated from Iowa State University with a degree in agricultural business. He resides with his wife, Marcia, and their two children in West Chester, Pa.
