Mr. Hugh T. He serves as a Director of Arkansas Blue Ribbon Commission on Public Education, the Arkansas State Chamber of Commerce, the Little Rock Regional Chamber of Commerce, U.S. Chamber of Commerce, the Arkansas Arts Center, the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences Foundation Fund, the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences BioVentures Advisory Board, Fifty for the Future, the Dean's Executive Advisory Board of the Sam M. Walton College of Business at the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville, University of Arkansas at Little Rock College of Business Administration Business Advisory Council. Mr. McDonald holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from North Dakota State University and earned an Master of Business Administration degree from University of New Orleans.
