Mr. Chow graduated from the University of Hong Kong with a Bachelor's degree in Science (Engineering) in 1970, a Diploma in Management Studies and a Master's degree in Business Administration in 1979 and 1982, respectively, from the University of Hong Kong. He also obtained a Diploma in Finance (Distinction) from the Chinese University of Hong Kong in 1987.
