Mr. Hynes served as Group Managing Director of Fidelity Capital, a division of FMR Corp., where he directed development from 1989 to 1999 and serves as the Chairman of the Board of COLT Telecom Group PLC (“COLT“). He serves as the Chairman of Inteliquent, Inc. He has managed Fidelity Capital's Telecommunications and Technology Group since 1990 and serves as the Chairman of COLT Telecom Group PLC since its inception in 1992. He served as a Group Managing Director at Fidelity Ventures. He established MetroRED Telecom Group Ltd. He serves as the Chairman of, MetroRED Telecommunications S.A. In the area of local and long-haul telecommunications services, he directed the establishment of MetroRED Telecom in South America and Mexico in 1996, as well as KVH Telecom in Tokyo in late 1998. He has been active in the Systems and Telecommunications Industries for approximately 30 years. Mr. Hynes serves as Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Iona College and is also on the North American Board of the SMURFIT Graduate School of Business, University College Dublin in Ireland. He has been Director of Inteliquent, Inc. since 2001. He serves as Member of the Board of Trustees at Iona College. He serves as Member of the Executive, Compensation and AMI Designee. He serves as Member of Board of Managers at InSite Wireless Group, LLC. He has been Director of CO Space Inc. since 1999. He served as Director of Taqua Systems, Inc. He served on the Board of Managers of Mountain Union until its sale to Crown Castle International. He served as Director of USN Communications, Inc. since December 1997 and Pittencrieff Communications Inc. since January 1996. He served as Director of Looking Glass Networks Inc. Mr. Hynes received his Bachelor's degree from Iona College in 1969 and an Honorary Doctor of Humane Letters Degree in 2001. He also holds MBA from Adelphi University.
