Mr. Michael E. Healy, Mike has been an Executive Vice President of AXA Equitable Life Insurance Co. since May 18, 2011. Mr. Healy has been the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President at ShoreTel, Inc., since May 15, 2007 and also serves as its Principal Accounting Officer. Prior to ShoreTel, he served as Chief Financial Officer of Genesis Microchip Inc., from February 16, 2004 to May 16, 2007 and its Senior Vice President of Finance from February 4, 2004 to May 16, 2007. Mr. Healy served as Principal Accounting Officer of Genesis Microchip until May 16, 2007. At Genesis Microchip, he was responsible for Finance, Investor Relations, Corporate Marketing, Information Technology, Purchasing and Facilities. He also led the successful initial implementation of Internal Controls required under Sarbanes-Oxley 404, as well as the expansion of international operations throughout Asia. Prior to Genesis Microchip, Mr. Healy held several executive finance positions for Jamcracker, Exodus Communications and Apple Computer. He served as Chief Financial Officer of Jamcracker Inc., from November 2002 to February 2004. He served as Senior Vice President of EXDS, Inc., (formerly Exodus Communications Inc.), for 5 years and Corporate Controller of Apple Computer Inc., for 10 years. He served as Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Treasurer of EXDS from February 2002 to June 2002. From 1987 to 1997, Mr. Healy held various financial management positions at Apple Computer, Inc., and was an auditor at Deloitte & Touche LLP from 1983 to 1987. Mr. Healy holds a B.S. in Accounting from Santa Clara University and is a Member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants.
