He served as a Director of Entergy Mississippi, Inc., Entergy Louisiana LLC, and Entergy Louisiana Holdings, Inc. from 2004 to January 31, 2013. He served as a Director of Entergy New Orleans Inc. from February 2004 to September 22, 2005 and Entergy Arkansas Inc., from 2004 to January 31, 2013. Mr. Denault served as Director of Entergy Gulf States Louisiana, L.L.C. (also called as Entergy Gulf States Inc.). Mr. Denault holds a master's degree in business administration from Indiana University in 1991. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree with a double major in Economics and Accounting in 1982 from Ball State University in Muncie, Indiana.
