Four years later, she served as a Corporate Attorney at Hook-SuperX and Revo Drug Stores. She participated in negotions significant corporate financial transactions and represented Hook-SuperX through its aquisition by Revco Drug Stores in 1994. Ms. Sherman has over 20 years of legal experience across a broad range of topics and an extensive background in business and finance. She is a Member in good standing with the American Bar Association and serves as a Director of volunteer for the center for Disability and Elder Law(CDEL). She received an Outstanding Corporate Counsel award in 2005 and 2006. She is also on the board of the Community House. She is also involved in a number of other charities in Northern Michigan and the Chicago area. Ms. Sherman earned a BBA in Business Finance from the University of Michigan School of Business Administration and holds JD from the University of Michigan Law School in 1989.
