He has been an Editor and Associate Editor for numerous journals and author of more than 300 publications in peer-reviewed journals. He received an Honorary Master's of Science Degree from Harvard University. Dr. Burakoff graduated from Lehigh University with a Bachelor of Science degree, received Master's degree from Queens College, and an M.D. from Albany Medical College.
