Mr. Jeffrey Dale Lovell, Jeff, is the Chief Executive Officer, Managing Director, and Chairman at Lovell Minnick Partners, LLC. He founded the firm in 1999. He is a senior investment banker who has advised on over 50 merger and acquisition transactions for a diverse group of global financial institutions and a prestigious list of private investment firms. Prior to founding Lovell Minnick Partners, LLC, Mr. Lovell was the co-founder and President at Putnam Lovell Securities, ... now Putnam Lovell NBF, in 1987. He was also a Managing Director and Head of Private Capital at Putnam Lovell Securities Inc. Mr. Lovell was a Managing Director at Putnam Lovell De Guardiola & Thornton. As President of Putnam Lovell Securities, and prior to organizing Putnam Lovell's private equity affiliate in 1999, he served as the Senior Banker on numerous merger and acquisition transactions in the financial services industry on behalf of a diverse group of clients, such as American Century Investments, Commerzbank AG, Liechtenstein Global Trust, Massachusetts Mutual, Montgomery Securities, Nationwide Insurance, and New York Life. In his banking efforts, Mr. Lovell also served as the Senior Banker at a prestigious list of private investment firms including the American Century, Hotchkis & Wiley, Montgomery Securities, Benham Group, Roger Engemann & Associates, Hotchkis & Wiley, Pilgrim Baxter & Associates, and Provident Investment Counsel. Prior to Putnam Lovell Securities, he has held executive and operating positions at SEI Investments. Mr. Lovell served as a Senior Vice President for International Business Development and Managing Director at SEI Financial Services in the United Kingdom. In the mid-1980s, he opened the firm’s first overseas office in London, directed its non-United States acquisition efforts, and introduced various international investment management services. From 1976 to 1988, Mr. Lovell directed regional and national sales efforts within various divisions of SEI. He is a Director at Duff & Phelps, Mercer Advisors, ALPS Holdings, PlanMember Financial Corporation, Leerink SwannLLC, and Matthews International Capital Management, LLC. He was a Director of Mercer Global Advisors Inc, Westcap Investors LLC, Berkeley Capital Management, and and Codexa Corporation. Mr. Lovell was previously a Director at Stein Roe Investment Counsel, Centurion Capital Group, UNX, Inc., and Van Deventer & Hoch. He is a Board member emeritus of the Leeds School.
