Mr. Killian served as District Manager-Budgets for New England Telephone, and District Manager-Financial Assurance from 1981 to 1983 with AT&T; General Manager - Operations for Eastern Massachusetts from 1983 to 1985; Division Manager - Market Planning for NYNEX from 1985 to 1987; President of Rhode Island, for NYNEX - New England from 1987 to 1991; Group President-International Telecommunications for Bell Atlantic since 1997 and served as its Vice President - Investor Relations and Vice President - Massachusetts, for NYNEX-New England. Mr. Killian served as the Chief Operating Officer of NYNEX CableComms UK and NYNEX CableComms US from February 1995 to December 1995. From March 1992 to February 1995, he served as Vice President - Massachusetts of New England Telephone and Telegraph Company (New England Telephone), a subsidiary of NYNEX.
