Mr. Albosta served as the Chairman of Enserch Environmental Corporation from January 1994 to October 1994; Chief Executive Officer ... and President from 1986 to October 1994. Mr. Albosta spent nearly 25 years with Ebasco Services, Inc., where he served as Chief Executive Officer since 1985 until 1994 and Chief Financial Officer. During this period, after assuming an operating position at Ebasco, he changed the profile of it over a period of years to embrace a diversified market portfolio of businesses in the engineering, consulting, environmental, and construction businesses. He has continued to perform high level consulting assignments since the mid 1990's with leading companies in the energy and environmental markets. Mr. Albosta began his career in the energy, industrial, process and infrastructure field in the 1970's with Litton Industries and the Engineering and Construction Group of Boise Cascade Corporation rising to senior level positions in finance, administration and operations, including the management of several businesses. He served as the Chairman of Ebasco Services, Inc., from 1990 to 1994. Mr. Albosta has been a Director of Columbia Energy Group, Inc. since 1995 and serves as a Director of ConneXt, Inc. Mr. Albosta has been an Independent Consultant since October 1994. He serves as a Member of the Board of Directors of several companies, including Crompco, Inc. He is a Registered Certified Public Accountant in the state of Pennsylvania. Mr. Albosta holds a BS degree from the University of Pittsburgh in Business Administration and also holds an Executive MBA degree from the Wharton School of Business.
