Dr. Susan F. Tierney, Ph.D., has been Managing Principal of Analysis Group, Inc. since July 2003. Prior to her service at the Department of ... Energy, Dr. Tierney held various positions in energy and environmental departments in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts from 1982 to 1993, including Secretary for Environmental Affairs and Commissioner of the Department of Public Utilities. She served as an Assistant Professor at the University of California, Irvine from 1978 to 1982. She chairs the Advisory Council of the National Renewable Energy Laboratory. She has been a Director of EnerNOC, Inc. since February 2010. She serves as a Director of The Alliance To Save Energy. She has been a Director of Ze-gen, Inc. since June 23, 2009 and has been its Member of the Market Advisory Board since May, 2008.
