Judge Becker has formerly served as a Family Court Judge of the State of New York and as an Acting Criminal Court Judge of the New York City Criminal Court. Judge Becker is a member of the New York State Bar having been admitted in 1962 and since has become a member of the Washington DC, Colorado and Pennsylvania Bars. He is also admitted to various federal courts including the United States Supreme Court. Judge Becker has also practiced law privately having represented domestic and international real estate interests.
