Dr. Peter Hodder serves as Senior Director and Head of Lead Identification at REMP AG. Dr. Hodder serves as Senior Scientific Director and Head of the Lead Identification Division of the Translational Research Institute at The Scripps Research Institute and Scripps Florida. He is also Associate Professor of Molecular Therapeutics. With over a decade of drug-discovery research experience in the pharmaceutical industry and academia, he directs Scripps Florida’s high-throughput ... screening and compound management operations. His 20 member group employs sophisticated technologies to implement and screen novel assays against both Scripps’ proprietary >600,000 member library as well as the NIH’s >300,000 member MLPCN collection. Prior to joining Scripps in 2005, he was at Merck Research Labs. He serves as Member of Scientific Advisory Board at Envoy Therapeutics, Inc. He is an adjunct professor at the Florida Atlantic University, Boca Raton, and is engaged in the discovery of novel antibacterials. Dr. Hodder obtained his B.S. in Chemistry from the University of California, San Diego in 1994 and his Ph.D. in Chemistry from the University of Washington in 1999.
