He has been involved in numerous strategic private equity transactions with GE Healthcare both in Europe and Israel and held a number of positions within the GE Commercial Financial Services Division. Since May 1999, Mr. Machover served as National Executive for General Electric in Israel, where he was responsible for GE’s overall operations and growth in Israel. Mr. Machover was a Consultant to GE for their Israeli operations. Mr. Machover has extensive experience commercializing innovative healthcare technologies, having successfully served in operational leadership positions and many strategic roles for entrepreneurial medical device companies. He has a wealth of experience as a successful investor in the healthcare industry for over a decade. He has been a Director of Medical Technologies Unlimited Inc. since April 2012 and Wellsense Technologies LLC since March 19, 2013. Mr. Machover serves as a Director of GE Medical Systems Israel Ltd. and as well as several other Medical portfolio companies. He serves as a Director of Ovalum Ltd., Wellsense USA, Inc. and GI View Ltd. He served as a Director of G.I. View Ltd., and OrthoSensor, Inc. Mr. Machover serves on the Board of a number of medical device companies.
