Mr. Arthur J. Collmeyer,Art serves as the President of Hi/fn, a subsidiary of Stac Inc. Mr. Collmeyer founded Hi/fn in 1996. He founded iWatt, Inc. in January 2000. He served as President, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of iWatt, Inc. until 2001. From July 1994 to January 1995, Mr. Collmeyer served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Dyna Logic Corporation. Mr. Collmeyer was employed by Weitek Corporation ("Weitek"), Calma, Xerox Corporation ... and Motorola, Inc. in various Management and Engineering roles. He is an Engineer by training and served as Vice President of Engineering at CALMA. From 1974 to 1981, he held senior executive positions at CALMA including general manager of the Microelectronics Division. In 1981, he co-founded Weitek, the first company to implement the "fabless" semiconductor business model and served as its Chief Executive Officer from 1981 to 1988 and its Chairman since 1992 and President. Mr. Collmeyer served as the Chief Executive Officer and on the boards of several other high tech companies, helping them grow significantly and eventually go public. Mr. Collmeyer has 36 years of industrial experience. Since 2000, he has been actively involved in the founding and development of several technology companies, including iWatt, Iridigm (since acquired by Qualcomm), and ZeroG Wireless. Mr. Collmeyer has been Director of Fractal Design Corporation since January 1994. He serves as a Director of ZeroG Wireless, Inc. He served as a Director of Sensory Networks Inc. since April 18, 2006. He served as a Director of iWatt Inc. He served as Director of INCEP Technologies, Inc., Syntricity Inc. and Weitek Corporation. Mr. Collmeyer holds a BS, an MS from the University of Illinois and a Ph.D. from Southern Methodist University, all in Electrical Engineering.
