During his tenure, Extensity grew from $1 million to $25 million while raising money through private funding and an Initial Public Offering. Mr. Spinner served as Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales and International Operations at Clarify, Inc. until January 1999. During his tenure at Clarify, the company grew from $5 million to $140 million in revenue while managing a worldwide organization of 260 professionals. Prior to Clarify, he served in expanding roles at Sybase, Inc. including working as the Director at one of Sybase's most successful regions. Mr. Spinner also served technical roles at ADR and Chevron Corporation, including as a Sales Engineer, Programmer and Database Administrator. Mr. Spinner has been a Director of CrownPeak Technology Inc. since March 2006 and YouSendIt Inc. since April 2007. He serves as a Director of AlienVault, LLC, Steelwedge Software, Inc., Intacct Corporation, MarketLive, Inc., Fortify Software, Inc. and Demandbase, Inc.
