Mr. Brent R. Knudsen is the Founder of Partnership Capital Growth Advisors and serves as its the Managing Partner. Mr. Knudsen serves as Managing Partner of TBL Capital, where he joined in January 2011, and oversees its investment team. Mr. Knudsen has been Director and Director of Business Development at Tangarine Payment Solutions Corp. since August 1, 2006. Prior to joining North Castle in 1998, Mr. Knudsen spent 13 years founding, building, and operating growth businesses in HL&A markets. He served as President and Chief Executive Officer of GolfWeb Inc. from November 1997 to July 1998 and President of the U.S. Sports and Mass division of Bell Sports Corp. from September 1996 to November 1997. Mr. Knudsen served as the President of the Full Force Division of Specialized Bicycle Components, Inc. from 1994 to September 1996. Mr. Knudsen also ran Newport Surf Company. He also served as the first Vice President of Marketing and Business Development for Price Club since 1985 and later held the same position at Price Costco Industries before and after the merger of the two companies. From September 1985 through December 1994, Mr. Knudsen had marketing and business development responsibilities at the Price Company and Costco Wholesale which were later merged to form PriceCostco. During his tenure, the company grew from a retail startup to $20billion in revenue. From July 1983 to September 1985, Mr. Knudsen was at Bain & Company, working as a Management Consultant, primarily in the area of health care strategy and mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Knudsen serves on the Board of Directors of EAS, Ultimate Juice Co., Elizabeth Arden Salons, Mountain Sun Natural and Organic Juices, Silver Foxes, and IdeaForest.com. He is also a Director of Better Energy Systems Ltd., CleanFish, Inc., Gaia Herbs, Inc., and Numi LLC. He served as a Director of BSML, Inc. from December 2007 to June 26, 2008. Mr. Knudsen served as a Director of Knudsen Oil and MotherNature.com, Inc. since December 1998. He serves on various private and public boards, and is the Chairman of the Pepperdine University Seaver Board of Visitors. Mr. Knudsen has a long history of founding, buying, building, advising and successfully selling companies. He is the Chairman of the BYU Management Society Advisory Board. Mr. Knudsen serves as a mentor and visiting lecturer at the Center for Entrepreneurial Studies at the Stanford Graduate School of Business. He was a Visiting Scholar at Harvard Law and Business Schools. Mr. Knudsen received a J.D. in 1983 from Harvard and Georgetown Law Schools. He also completed B.A. and B.S. in 1980 from Brigham Young University and the University of Utah where Mr. Knudsen graduated magna cum laude.
