Mr. Donald W. Tang is the Founder of CSIP Group and serves as its Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Tang served as President and Chairman of the Board of Bear Stearns International. He also serves as Member of the Board of Trustees of Asia Society, Trustee of the California Science Center Foundation, Member of the Board of United Way of Greater Los Angeles, Member of the Board of United Friends of the Children, Member of the Business Advisory Board of the California NanoSystems Institute, Member of the Committee of 100, and Member of the Pacific Council on International Policy, Board of Advisors of UCLA Medical Center. He holds NASD Series 3, 7, 8, 24, and 63 licenses. Mr. Tang did his undergraduate work at the East China Institute of Technology in Shanghai, and received his B.S. in chemical engineering from California State University, Polytechnic of Pomona, California in 1986.
