At Prudential and Schneider Bernet, he provided investment banking and financial advisory services in connection with many transactions led by Hicks & Haas. He serves as Non-Executive Chairman of Kainos Capital, LLC and serves as the Chairman of Arena Brands Inc. He served as the Chairman of the Board at Sunrise Television Corporation.
