Dr. Dolan began his career at the Management Consulting Firm of Booz Allen & Hamilton. He is Non-Executive Chairman of America's Choice. Previously, he served as the Chairman of Young & Rubicam Inc., from 2001 to May 2003 and as a Vice Chairman since July 1996. He has been a Director of Bacardi Limited since July 2009. He serves as a Member of Advisory Board at Thomas Weisel Partners Group, Inc. Dr. Dolan has been an Independent Director of Mattel, Inc. since February 2, 2004. He serves as a Director of IMG Worldwide, Inc. He serves as a Director of Northside Center for Child Development, the United Way of New York and USA Swimming Foundation.
