Mr. David A. Coulter serves as Managing Director, Senior Advisor, Member of Executive Management Group, and Co-Head of the Financial Institutions Group at Warburg Pincus, LLC. He ran J.P.Morgan Chase’s retail financial services division before taking charge of the investment bank and asset management divisions in 2002 and its private equity operations in early 2004.
