Ms. Bibiana Boerio serves as Finance and Strategy Director for Ford's International Operations. Ms. Boerio served as the Managing Director of Jaguar Cars Limited since June 2004 until to 2007. Previously, she served as Director of finance and strategy for Ford Motor Company International Operations from 2003 to 2004. Prior to this, she served as Ford Credit's Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer from October 2000 to March 2003. From March 2011 to February 2012, she functioned as special adviser to the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Detroit Regional Chamber of Commerce. She serves as a Director of The United States Mint. She serves as Director of Ford Motor Credit Co. LLC. She serves as a member of the board of directors for Vista Maria, a non-profit organisation supporting high-risk girls in Dearborn, Mich. and has served as the Chair of the Coventry Business Group in support of the National Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children in the UK. She holds her bachelor s degree from Seton Hill College and a master s degree in business administration from the University Of Pittsburgh Graduate School of Business.
