Mr. Peter Guber serves as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Mandalay Sports Entertainment, Inc. (alternate name Mandalay Entertainment). Mr. Guber serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Mandalay Pictures, LLC. He is 30-year veteran of the entertainment industry. He served as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of PolyGram Filmed Entertainment and Sony Pictures Entertainment (SPE). He was co-owner of Guber-Peters Entertainment Company. He served as Studio ... Chief of Columbia Pictures. He founded Casablanca Record and Filmworks and Guber-Peters Entertainment Company. After leaving Sony he formed Mandalay as a multimedia entertainment vehicle in motion pictures, television, sports entertainment and new media in 1995. Mr. Guber has been Co-Chairman of NeuMedia, Inc., since August 2007. He serves as a Director of The Hatchery, LLC. He has been Director at Demand Media, Inc. since April 19, 2010. He served as Director of Betawave Corporation (formerly, GoFish Corp.) from November 3, 2006 to December 2008. Mr. Guber served as Director of Eos International Inc. and Mandalay Media Inc. During his tenure at SPE, the Motion Picture Group achieved, over four years. He is a full professor at the UCLA School of Theater, Film and Television and has been a Member of the faculty for 30 years. He is Member of the New York and California Bars. Mr. Guber holds a BA from Syracuse University, and both Masters and Juris Doctor degree in Law from New York University and was recruited by Columbia Pictures Corporation from NYU where he pursued MBA degree.
