Mr. Charles E. Cobb Jr. has been Chairman, Chief Executive Officer, President and Senior Managing Director of Cobb Partners, Ltd. since 1992. Mr. Cobb served as the Chief Executive Officer of Arvida Corporation from 1972 to 1987 and Disney Development Company from 1984 to 1987. He served as Group President and Chief Operating Officer of Penn Central Corporation from 1980 to 1983 and President of the real estate subsidiaries of Kaiser Aluminum from 1968 to 1971. He served ... as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of a real estate subsidiary of Kaiser Aluminum and served as a Securities Analyst for the investment firm, Dodge & Cox. In his 40 years service as the Chief Executive Officer of Arvida Corporation, Disney Development, Kaiser Resorts and Cobb Partners, he was responsible for the development of more than 25 new towns and major resort communities in Florida, North Carolina, California, Colorado, Arizona, the Bahamas and France. He was United States Ambassador to Iceland during the administration of George H.W. He served as the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the University of Miami from 1992 to 1995. Mr. Cobb served as Vice Chairman of WCI Communities Inc. since December 14, 2006. He has been a Director of LNR Property Corp. since 2001. He serves as a Director of several private companies. He serves as a Trustee of Woodrow Wilson International Center for Scholars. He serves as Life Trustee of University of Miami, and serves as Trustee of Eisenhower Exchange Fellowships. He served as a Director of WCI Communities Inc. since September 7, 2005 and Pan Am Corporation. He served as Director of Penn Central Corporation from 1980 to 1983.
