Prior to that, Mr. Rice served as Chief Operating Officer for Liberty Global's Norway division and was a Division President for Time Warner Cable. Mr. Rice has more than 20 years of executive level management experience in cable operations, telecom and TV programming, both in domestic and international markets. He serves as Member of Advisory Board at Digitalsmiths Corporation. He serves as a Director of Encore International, Inc. and Tower of Babel, a California broadcast TV start-up. Mr. Rice serves as a member of the International Academy of Television Arts and Sciences. Mr. Rice received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology and Master Of Business Administration degree from Northwestern University in Evanston, Ill.
