Background

Mr. Dennis S. Hersch serves as the President of N.A.Property, Inc. Mr. Hersch has been the Business Advisor to Mr. and Mrs. Wexner since February 2008. He also serves as a Trustee of several trusts established by Mr.and Mrs.Wexner. He was Partner at Davis Polk & Wardwell from 1978 to December 2005. He joined Davis Polk in 1970. He served as Head of Davis Polk & Wardwell's mergers and acquisitions practice. He advised clients on all aspects of takeovers, restructurings, ... and corporate governance. He served as Managing Director of JPMorgan Securities, Inc., an investment bank, from December 2005 to January 2008, Mr. Hersch served as outside counsel to Pharmaceutical Partners for Better Healthcare, a non-profit organization whose Members are the world's leading research-based pharmaceutical companies.
