From June 1996 to July 1997, he served as the President of Individual, Inc.'s FreeLoader division. From February 1994 to December 1995, Mr. Paul served as an Internet Product Manager and Director Corporate Development for America Online, Inc. From 1991 to February 1994, he served as a Senior Analyst at the United States Congress, Office of Technology Assessment and from 1991 to 1998 Mr. Paul served as a Senior Engineer for Booz, Allen & Hamilton. He served as the Chairman of Brightmail Inc and was its Director since its inception. He serves as a Member of Advisory Board at Huron River Venture Partners. Mr. Paul serves as a Director of Oorja Protonics, Inc. and Pacific Community Ventures. He has been a Director of Zynga, Inc. since November 2011. He served as a Director of LifeMinders.com, Inc. (Lifeminders, Inc.) since March 2000 and Livemind Inc. since March 1999. Mr. Paul has an Undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering from Vanderbilt University.
