He acted as Senior Trial Attorney with ... the Tax Division of the U.S. Department of Justice from 1977 to 1981, and was the Special Attorney to the Attorney General of the U.S. Department of Justice in 1982. Mr. Levey was also a Partner in a Big Five firm, where he headed the transfer pricing practice for the greater metropolitan New York area and was member of a Big Five firm’s international task force, and was a Tax Partner at a prominent New York-based law firm. Mr. Levey serves as Member of Advisory Board of Atlas Information Group, Inc. He serves as Member of Transfer Pricing Advisory Board at Tax Management, Inc. Mr. Levey has often been acknowledged by leading tax journals as one of "the leading U.S. tax attorneys" and "one of the world's top transfer pricing specialists." His educational background includes B.S. Economics from Wilkes University, J.D. from University of Cincinnati, and LLM from University of Miami.
