In 1990, he was appointed as a Director and Treasurer at Central Supply Corp. Mr. Condron serves as the Chairman of the Board of Trustees at University of Scranton. He is also a Director of American Council of Life Insurers. Mr. Condron has been a Member of the Board of Directors of Keefe Bruyette & Woods, Inc. since January 2007. He also serves as the Chairman of the firm’s Compensation Committee and as a Member of its Audit Committee and its Corporate Governance and Nominating Committee. Mr. Condron served as the Chairman of the Board at Financial Services Roundtable and currently serves as a Director. He served on the Board of Governors of the Investment Company Institute from October 1997 to October 2000 and served on its Executive Committee from November 1998 to October 2000.
