Mr. McMillan has been a Director of McDonalds Corporation since 2003; Aon Hewitt LLC since July 2002 and American Eagle Outfitters Inc. since June 12, 2007. He served as Director of Sara Lee Corporation from January 2000 to 2004. He served as Director of Hillshire Brands Company since January 2000. Mr. McMillan serves as a Member of the Boards of Trustees of The Art Institute of Chicago, Millennium Park, School of the Art Institute, the Chicago Symphony Orchestra and Window to the World Communications.
